Due to the handmade and original nature of our artwork, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order is handed off for shipment, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

Services Policy
All art services, including but not limited to classes, workshops, private events, commissions, murals, and on-site art experiences, are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including date, time, location, and access to the space. Changes requested after booking may result in additional fees.
Artist Cancellations
In the rare event the artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduled service.
Weather & Venue Issues
For outdoor or third-party venues, services affected by weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control may be rescheduled, but are not refundable.
